If you would like to have a greeting recorded professionally and then installed in your Ipfinity Cloud IVR, please have the audio file converted to the following format:
File Type: Wav
Sampling Frequency: 8 kHz
Sample Size: 16 bits
Audio Channels: Mono
On-Hold Music: Set to -6dBm
We can process nearly any audio file format; however the above format is ideal as it obviates the need for translations (audio transcoding) that can sometimes result in loss of audio quality or other artifacts. But if all you have is a file in some specific format, send it over and we will tell you if we can work with it!
