How to Enable Call Forwarding

FOR GRANDSTREAM PHONES

To set up an unconditional call forward:

1. Take the phone off-hook.
2. Dial *72 and then enter the number you want to call forward to.
3. Press the OK soft-key or SEND key.

To cancel an unconditional call forward:

1. Take the phone off-hook.
2. Dial *73 and hang up the call.
