1. Click the following link to download the CloudSoftphone.dmg file to your Desktop or Downloads folder: https://ipfinity.s3.amazonaws.com/CloudVoice/CloudSoftphone.dmg.
2. Locate and double-click the downloaded file. It will open a new Finder window containing the Acrobits CloudSoftphone application:
3. Drag the Acrobits CloudSoftphone.app icon to your Applications folder, replacing any existing version of this application if asked. Your Applications folder can be found under the Finder’s Go menu or by locating the Applications folder in your dock).
4. Start the Acrobits CloudSoftphone.app application from the Applications folder. The first time you run the application, Finder will prompt you to permit the application to open. Select Open.
5. The first time you run the application, you will be presented with a login screen. Please input the credentials you’ve been provided or contact IPFINITY Support to obtain your credentials securely. You should install this application on only one Mac. If you want to install it on multiple Macs, you will need separate credentials for each computer.
